Description

The 28th Annual Mosaics Fine Art Festival runs from Sept. 15-17, 2023 on Historic Main Street in St. Charles. 

This is a free family friendly event showcasing fine art from local, regional, and national artists. Live music, kid's activities, wine booths, and a pet adoption tent.
