Please note: Many banquet venues request a final headcount one week prior to our luncheon date. For this reason, we have changed the early registration deadline from the Sunday before the luncheon to Wednesday before at noon.

Cancellation Policy: 

To receive a credit towards a future luncheon, cancellations must be received by 11:00 am on the Tuesday prior to the event.

Please note: Due to processing fees no longer being refunded on cancellations, registrations paid for with a credit card will no longer be eligible for a direct refund. Instead, a credit will be issued towards a future luncheon.

Those who register but fail to cancel will be billed.
