The Shaved Ice Shack Celebrates St. Peters Grand Opening with Ribbon Cutting

Gene & Sherry Guzman cut the ribbon on their new business venture – The Shaved Ice Shack on Thursday, April 25, 2024.

Joining Gene & Sherry were family, friends, employees, City of St. Peters Mayor Len Pagano, several aldermen and Economic Development staff with the City of St. Peters, along with Board Members and Ambassadors with the St. Charles Regional Chamber.

The Shaved Ice Shack is located at 7455 Mexico Road and offers a variety of sweet treats and desserts including the Unicorn – shaved ice with pink and blue cotton candy syrup, pink and blue marshmallow crème, stuffed with ice cream, whipped cream, sprinkles and a Unicorn sucker and cotton candy top. Their Shark Attack features blue marshmallow crème stuffed with vanilla ice cream, tiger blood and blueberry syrups, whipped cream, sprinkles, and shark gummies.
