Owner Lydia Crespo celebrated the grand opening of her new business, Chuck and Lou with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, June 3, 2024. Chuck and Lou is located at 610 S. Main Street in Historic St. Charles.

Joining Lydia was City of St. Charles Mayor Dan Borgmeyer, Director of Economic Development Mike Klinghammer, fellow Main Street business owners along with President / CEO Scott Tate & Ambassadors with the St. Charles Regional Chamber.

Chuck and Lou is a combined artist studio / store.  Lydia Crespo designs t-shirts and logo’d merchandise to promote both the St. Charles and St. Louis communities.  She creates unique tie-dyed shirts that are distributed to over 300 boutiques across the nation. Groups are welcome to rent her studio for tie-dye workshops.  By bringing in your own food, decorating the space and purchasing shirts through Lydia or bringing your own, your party can have a unique twist that will be remembered for ages.
