The Care Service is the largest comprehensive social support agency in St. Charles, Lincoln, and Warren counties and has been serving the people in these Missouri counties since 1981. Our programs are designed to stabilize and strengthen the family by reintegrating them into our community, affirming our tagline ”Transforming lives. Restoring hope. Strengthening our community...one person at a time.'

The Care Service programs are provided to individuals or families in St. Charles, Lincoln, and Warren Counties who are at or below 50% of the state median income. The five programs are Housing Assistance, Client Choice Food Pantry, Children and Family Development, Street Outreach, and Adopt A Family.
