During the annual Small Business of the Year awards held on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, the St. Charles Regional Chamber recognized local St. Charles small business Fierce Creative Agency as their 2024 Small Business of the Year.  CEO / Creative Director Kate Manfull accepted the award.

Fierce Creative Agency is located at 815 N. 2^nd Street.  With a staff of 10, Kate and her team collaborate with businesses of all sizes to communicate their message. Through a seamless combination of brand design, video & motion, web design / development and digital marketing.  Fierce Creative Agency is able to integrate all media avenues to tell the brands’ story.

Other businesses recognized during the Small Business of the Year awards include Historic St. Charles business Cozy Shop and owner Lydia Crespo along with Angela Garland, owner of Exit 11 Coffee.

Following completion of the extensive application process, a panel of former award recipients review, and judge all completed applications and select the award winner along with the two finalists. Judges don’t know who else is participating in the selection process.

Alderwoman Judy Bateman, city liaison for the Small Business Council with the City of St. Peters presented Joe Balasarotti, owner of Software To Go with the 2024 Small Business Award for the impact his business has had as a longtime entrepreneur within the City of St. Peters.
