Hello, I'm Sydney Schader, and I'm thrilled to serve as the Marketing & Brand Manager at Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County (BGCSTC). With a strong background in business administration, as well as double minors in non-profit administration and American studies, I bring a unique perspective to the world of marketing and brand management.

My journey began in Springfield, Missouri, where I had the privilege of attending Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield as a child. This experience ignited my passion for the Boys & Girls Club Movement and inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to its mission.

At BGCSTC, I have the honor of channeling that passion into my work. I find immense joy in creating engaging digital and print media that communicates the incredible impact of our organization on the lives of the children and families we serve. I believe that strong branding and marketing are crucial in raising awareness and support for the invaluable services we provide.

While I've already gained significant experience in marketing and branding, I'm always eager to learn and improve my skills. Graphic design, in particular, has become a significant focus of mine, and I look forward to pursuing further training in this area to enhance the visual storytelling capabilities of BGCSTC.

I am proud to be part of a team dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of young people, and I'm excited to continue contributing to the growth and success of Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County. Amy O'Neill is a Financial Advisor and Co-Branch Manager with Raymond James. While focusing her business on her clients’ individual financial objectives, Amy believes the most successful wealth management strategies look at the big picture. Amy provides a comprehensive, strategy-focused approach, delivered with constant personal attention and a commitment to her clients’ best interests.

Amy is dedicated to managing and assisting with the preservation of wealth for you and your family. By establishing deep and valued relationships with you, she is able to gain a comprehensive understanding of your needs and goals. Amy works hard to enhance and help preserve your investments, while assisting you in realizing your goals through long-term financial strategies using retirement planning including IRAs, 401(k)s), estate planning, 529 education savings plans, cash flow analysis and more.

A native of O’Fallon, Missouri, Amy graduated from Maryville University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Amy is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and also maintains insurance licensing with the State of Missouri in property/casualty, life and health insurance. She is a member of the O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce, Greater St Charles Chamber of Commerce and Little Black Book of Women. When not working, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and rescue dog Finley, reading crime novels and singing with her church group. She joined One Financial Group and Raymond James in 2015.

Scott has served as President & CEO of the St. Charles Regional Chamber since December 2004.

He is currently a board member for St. Charles Crime Stoppers & Vision St. Charles County Leadership; a member of St. Charles Rotary and the Frenchtown Revitalization Task Force; and by ordinance, represents the Chamber and is Chair of the Convention & Visitors Bureau Commission. Scott also serves on the St. Charles County Workforce Development Board and is a Senator with the US Jaycees.
 
Scott graduated from Hannibal-LaGrange University in 1995 with a BS in Business Administration / Marketing and is a 2016 graduate of the US Chamber Foundation's Southeast Institute for Organization Management (IOM).
 
He enjoys bicycling, hiking, camping, volunteering, traveling, technological gadgets, craft beer, and hanging with friends & family.

Director of Corporate Partnership, responsible for building new, and deepening existing corporate partnerships, through the delivery of tailored services to a portfolio of corporate accounts to meet their community impact and employee engagement objectives. 

Serving as a primary liaison on tailored services to achieve Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), philanthropic, and community engagement goals.

Gifts of Love International (GOLI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of underprivileged children and adolescents in Guatemala and Haiti. We reshape children's lives through physical, mental, and spiritual care by providing a safe place where children get daily meals, healthcare, an education, and on-campus mentorship to nearly 1000 kids worldwide.
