Amy O'Neill
Amy O'Neill is a Financial Advisor and Co-Branch Manager with Raymond James. While focusing her business on her clients’ individual financial objectives, Amy believes the most successful wealth management strategies look at the big picture. Amy provides a comprehensive, strategy-focused approach, delivered with constant personal attention and a commitment to her clients’ best interests.
Amy is dedicated to managing and assisting with the preservation of wealth for you and your family. Amy works hard to enhance and help preserve your investments, while assisting you in realizing your goals through long-term financial strategies using retirement planning including IRAs, 401(k)s), estate planning, 529 education savings plans, cash flow analysis and more.
A native of O’Fallon, Missouri, Amy graduated from Maryville University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Amy is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and also maintains insurance licensing with the State of Missouri in property/casualty, life and health insurance. She is a member of the O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce, Greater St Charles Chamber of Commerce and Little Black Book of Women. When not working, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and rescue dog Finley, reading crime novels and singing with her church group. She joined One Financial Group and Raymond James in 2015.




Scott Tate
Scott has served as President & CEO of the St. Charles Regional Chamber since December 2004.
He is currently a board member for St. Charles Crime Stoppers & Vision St. Charles County Leadership; a member of St. Charles Rotary and the Frenchtown Revitalization Task Force; and by ordinance, represents the Chamber and is Chair of the Convention & Visitors Bureau Commission. Scott also serves on the St. Charles County Workforce Development Board and is a Senator with the US Jaycees.
Scott graduated from Hannibal-LaGrange University in 1995 with a BS in Business Administration / Marketing and is a 2016 graduate of the US Chamber Foundation's Southeast Institute for Organization Management (IOM).
He enjoys bicycling, hiking, camping, volunteering, traveling, technological gadgets, craft beer, and hanging with friends & family.
