A new report by CNBC ranks St. Louis as the #1 location in the country for college grads to start a career, besting other cities like New York, San Francisco, Denver, and Nashville.

“For new college graduates, the best cities in the U.S. to begin a career aren't coastal — they're in the Midwest, according to a recent ranking that has St. Louis at the top of the list,” reported CNBC.

The rankings, published by insurance provider Insurify, ranked cities by employment opportunity, transit costs, overall appeal, the number of arts and entertainment venues, and more. This latest good news follows the recent ranking by LinkedIn that placed St. Louis at the top of its list of “the best 15 U.S. cities to launch your career.”
