Owner / Head Coach Thomas Smith, along with family and friends celebrated the grand opening of his new brick & mortar gym with a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, October 19, 2022.

Also on hand was City of St. Charles Mayor Dan Borgmeyer, board members and ambassadors of the St. Charles Regional Chamber. Located at 516 S. Fifth Street in St. Charles, this is the 10th anniversary of Unleashed Fitness, where Thomas focused on in-home training and personal fitness.  With his client list expanding, now was the perfect time to open a gym which offers personal training sessions and small-group fitness. With a three-pronged approach of fitness, nutrition and motivation, Coach T. has help hundreds of area clients hit their goals of fitness, weight loss and increased strength.
