St. Charles City – County Library District Celebrates Grand Opening with Ribbon Cutting

Jason Kuhl, CEO of the St. Charles City – County Library District celebrated the grand opening of the new satellite location for the library with a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, February 7, 2024.

Joining Jason was Lori Beth Crawford, Chief Communications & Engagement Officer, board members for the Library Foundation and staff. Also on hand was City of St. Peters Mayor Len Pagano, City of St. Charles Mayor Dan Borgmeyer, County Councilman Mike Elam, City of St. Peters Aldermen Melissa Reimer, Joyce Townsend, Rocky Reitmeyer and Nick Trupiano, Board Members and Ambassadors of the St. Charles Regional Chamber.

The new satellite location for the St. Charles City – County Library District is at 2004 Mid Rivers Mall, Upper level next to Dillards. The location offers tables for studying, board games, and computer work, a childrens play area, and the ability to check out books, movies, and much more. This location is providing services while the Spencer Road location, followed by Middendorf – Kredell location undergo renovations. Because of their location inside a public facility, like Mid Rivers Mall, services and exposure to individuals who might not necessarily seek out the services of the library are closer at hand.

For more information on the St. Charles City – County Library District, their satellite location inside Mid Rivers Mall or information on the renovation projects at Spencer Road or Middendorf – Kredell Branches, please call (636) 204-5393 or visit their website at https://stchlibrary.org/
