Good News Brewing Frenchtown Celebrates Grand Opening with Ribbon Cutting

Dan Tripp celebrated the grand opening of the newest location of the Good News franchise with a ribbon cutting on Thursday, September 14, 2022.

Joining Dan was their staff, City of St. Charles Economic Development Director Mike Klinghammer, board members and ambassadors of the St. Charles Regional Chamber.

Located at 1121 North Second Street in the Frenchtown District of St. Charles, Good News Brewing is the fifth venture for Dan Tripp which includes Good News Brewing in O’Fallon, Defiance, Augusta and Alpha & Omega Roasting and Coffee Bar.  Looking at the ever expanding entertainment venues popping up in Frenchtown, Dan knew that this was where he wanted to expand his business.  With the efforts of the Frenchtown Heritage Museum, as well as, Marsha Adams (cutting ribbon) and her husband Bob, a successful agreement was entered.

Good News Brewing offers a variety of beer varieties including a Perfect Storm Pale Ale, Hazelnut Coffee Milk Stout, Belgian White and seasonal Pumpkin Ale. Need food to go along with your cold beer?  Good News offers several wood-fired pizza’s and salads to enjoy.
