General Manager Alysia Gonzalez and Area Director Ryan Fitzpatrick celebrated the grand opening of Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants in St. Peters with a ribbon cutting on Tuesday, July 5, 2022.

Joining Alysia and Ryan was some of their 155 team members, St. Peters Mayor Len Pagano, Aldermen Nick Trupiano and Joyce Townsend, board members, ambassadors and staff with the St. Charles Regional Chamber. Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is located at 5300 N. Service Road in St. Peters and features an upscale casual dining restaurant with a full-service bar, private dining room and a Napa-style tasting room. By partnering with wine growers in Chile, France, California or Washington, Cooper’s Hawk produces approximately 700,000 cases of wine each year – with grapes transported from the growers to the Cooper’s Hawk winery for bottling.
